Shipping policy

SHIPPING & RETURNS

MADE TO ORDER. Every Six / Six piece is made after you order it. Production takes 7 to 10 business days on the press before your order ships. This is how we keep the quality high and the runs tight. You will get a confirmation when you order and a tracking link when it ships.

SHIPPING. We currently ship within the United States only. Free shipping on orders of $100 or more. Orders under $100 ship for a flat $8. Once produced, orders ship via standard carriers and are typically in transit 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Taxes are calculated at checkout. 

TOTAL TIME. 7 to 10 business days on the press, then 3 to 5 in transit. That is 10 to 15 business days in total, which is two to three weeks on the calendar. Most orders land inside that window. If anything is running long, we will tell you.

RETURNS. We want you in the right piece. You may return an unworn, unwashed item with tags attached within 20 days of delivery. Start a return by emailing studio@sixsixlax.com with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Original shipping is non-refundable. Items that come back worn, washed, altered, or without tags cannot be accepted.

EXCHANGES. Because every piece is made to order, we do not hold stock to swap from, so we handle exchanges as a remake. Need a different size or color? Email us within 20 days, send the original back (return shipping paid by you), and once it arrives we produce your replacement and ship it at no extra charge.

IF WE GOT IT WRONG. If your item arrives flawed, misprinted, or not what you ordered, that is on us. Contact us within 20 days of delivery and we cover everything, return shipping and a free replacement or full refund, your choice.
