Our Story

Six / Six — Niko in the Natural Annapolis Hoodie in a concrete doorway

We love this game.

The early mornings. The tournament parking lots before sunrise. The face-offs, the rides, the saves nobody sees. Lacrosse asks everything of the kids who play it — and it has grown into one of the fastest, most serious games there is.

We thought what you wear should be just as serious.

Six / Six crew on the beach at sunrise — Drop 001

Six / Six started in a garage, between practices — built by people who came up through the lacrosse world and wanted to wear the game off the field the way we live it on it. So we built it: a heavyweight 500 GSM hoodie, made to order, finished one at a time. Streetwear cut, built to last, the kind of thing you reach for first, season after season.

THREE PLAYERS ON THE FOUNDING TEAM

Two teenagers and a pre-teen. All three play. They are on the design team because of what that combination knows, not because of who their father is.

They know the game from inside it — what a hood does when you pull it over pads, which sleeve length survives a season, what looks try-hard on a sideline and gets you clocked for it. And they know the other half, the half most lacrosse brands have never understood: what a sixteen-year-old will actually wear to school on a Tuesday. Those are two different kinds of expertise and almost nobody has both in the same room.

So they cut the colorways. They kill the ideas that are reaching. They tell us when a fit is wrong while the sample is still in our hands, and they are right often enough that it stopped being a novelty a long time ago.

Every piece in Drop 001 had to get past them first.

SIX FEET BY SIX FEET

Regulation. Unchanging. Everything that matters happens in the space in front of it — the shot, the save, the standard you hold when no one is keeping score.

That standard is what we build to. For the game we love, and the kids who give it everything.

Wear the standard.
